WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
We do not accept exchanges, we only accept returns for a credit note to our store, within 14 days of receipt of the order.
For store credit the following conditions must be met:
- Item(s) must be in their original packaging, with the labels and hygienic protection liner intact
- Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or otherwise altered
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.
Credit note voucher is available for 1 year on the entire items on our website.
WHAT IS THE COST OF A RETURN?
The shipping costs incurred for the return are at your expense, we do not cover them and do not credit them.
HOW CAN I ASK FOR AN EXCHANGE?

> In the body of the email inform us of your order number and the reason for your exchange
Once your exchange request has been validated by us, you will receive a confirmation email and a return form to print
All you have to do is print this return form and attach it to your package.
(Items sent to us without a return form validated by us will not be processed and will be returned to you with no credit voucher)

WHICH SHIPPING METHOD SHOULD I CHOOSE?
We leave it up to you to choose your own carrier
We advise you to keep proof of deposit of packages provided by your carrier. In case of absence of this one no refund can be made if there is a loss of parcel.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND?
Upon receipt of the goods and after confirmation of the condition of the product(s), we will credit the amount invoiced and send an email voucher to the provided email on account within 15 days.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF AN ITEM IS FAULTY?
Due to our detailed quality control, we ensure this never happens but if you receive a swimsuit with a manufacturing defect or is damaged, please make sure to make this known in the email, we handle all exchanges on a case by case basis to ensure we take care of any issues!
